Return Policy

1. Custom Product Policy

Our products including QR Tribute Memorial, are made to order.

For this reason, we generally cannot offer refunds for:

  • Custom engraving

  • Incorrect information entered by the customer

  • Change of mind after the order is engraved

  • Digital content already created on your tribute page

Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly replace or refund items if they arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our engraving or production error

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include clear photos of the damage or error

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or process a refund as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom engraved QR plates

  • Digital memorial content or services

We do not accept physical returns unless we request the item for inspection.

5. Subscription Refunds

Your AfterLife membership includes hosting and access to digital tribute pages.

Subscription refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees once charged

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Canceling stops future charges but does not refund past payments

  • Tribute pages may become unavailable once the subscription ends

If you feel you were charged in error, please contact us.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if engraving or production has not started.

To request a cancellation:

  • Include your order number

  • If the engraving hasn’t started yet, we will cancel and refund you in full

  • If engraving has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled

  • Email us Support@afterlifeproj.com

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your bank

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete
